Share a Gantt chart with anyone. No account needed.
A NeoGantt share link turns any chart into a view-only web page that clients, sponsors and colleagues open in their browser without signing up. It always shows the current plan, carries your logo instead of ours, and stops working the moment you revoke it.
How to share a Gantt chart online in three steps
1. Create the link
2. Put it where people look
3. Change the plan as often as you need
What viewers get
- The full chart: phases, tasks, milestones and progress
- Zoom from days to months, and scroll the timeline
- Comments on tasks and milestones, so the reason for a change sits next to it
- Your logo on the page instead of ours
- Client-owned tasks marked with the client’s logo
- Their own PDF export, without asking you for one
- Editing. The plan stays yours.
Why a link beats an attachment
You send the timeline as a PDF on Monday. On Wednesday design slips a week, you send a new one, and by Friday the client’s marketing lead is still quoting launch dates from Monday’s file. Attachments multiply; the plan doesn’t.
A link is the plan itself, so there’s only ever one version in circulation. When you do need paper for a board pack or a signed proposal, the PDF export can print the live link on the page, so the printout points back to the current version.

Sharing questions
Do people need a NeoGantt account to view a shared Gantt chart?
No. A share link opens the chart in any modern browser without signing up or installing anything, and viewers don't count as users on your plan.
Can people with the link edit the chart?
No. Share links are view-only, and only members of your organisation can edit. Viewers can zoom, scroll, read comments and save their own PDF.
Does the shared chart update when I change the plan?
Yes. The link always shows the latest saved version, so when a date moves there's nothing to resend.
Can I stop sharing a chart?
Yes. Revoke the link from the Share menu and it stops working immediately. Create a new one later if you need it.
Can I password-protect a share link?
Not at the moment. Anyone holding the link can view the chart, so treat it like any other document link and revoke it if it ends up somewhere it shouldn't.
Can I share charts on the Free plan?
Yes. Share links, your logo on the share page and viewer PDF exports all work on Free.
