For agencies

Client timelines that look like your agency made them.

NeoGantt is a Gantt chart for agencies that need one client timeline from pitch to go-live. Clients open it from a link without logging in, the tasks they owe you carry their logo, and the whole studio shares one flat monthly price.

A real plan

Discovery to go-live, with the client's jobs marked.

This is NeoGantt’s website project template. The outlined bars are client tasks: supplying content, reviewing designs, user acceptance testing. They’re where agency timelines slip, so they’re marked where the client can see them. Read the phase-by-phase notes on the website project template page, or start a rebuild from the website redesign template, which adds content migration and a redirect map.

Across the engagement

Where the chart earns its place.

  1. 01

    Pitch

Put a timeline in the proposal instead of a paragraph of dates. Export it as a one-page vector PDF with your logo on it.

  2. 02

    Kickoff

Build the plan on the meeting-room screen while the client talks. Drawing a task is a click and a drag, so the chart keeps up with the conversation and everyone leaves having seen the same dates. Save it as an iteration before they go.

  3. 03

    Delivery

Send one view-only link. It always shows the current plan, so there’s nothing to re-send when a date moves.

  4. 04

    Change

The client’s second round of feedback eats a week. Drag design out, comment on the approval milestone saying why, and save the next iteration. Its what-changed list is the paragraph your account manager would otherwise spend twenty minutes wording.

  5. 05

    Next job

Save the finished plan as your own template, so the next website project starts from your studio’s real phases and durations.

Client-facing by design

Built around the questions clients ask on every project.

Most Gantt tools are made for the people doing the work. Agency plans have a second audience, and it's the one paying the invoice.

“Do I need to sign up for this?”

No. The link opens in their browser. Nobody at the client creates an account or learns a tool.

“What are you waiting on from us?”

Flag the tasks the client owns and their logo appears on those bars. Content deadlines and approvals stop arriving as a surprise.

“What changed since last week?”

Each iteration you save lists what moved since the one before. How iterations work.

“Can you send it for the board?”

They can export it themselves from the share link: a one-page PDF with your logo on it.

Priced per team, not per seat

Per-seat pricing punishes an agency for bringing in a freelancer for a month. NeoGantt charges one flat price for the team: up to 5 people for $15 a month, 6 to 15 for $25 a month, less if you pay annually.

Clients viewing a share link never count. Send a chart to fifty people at the client and your bill doesn’t move. See pricing for the details.

What it won’t do

There’s no time tracking, resourcing across projects, task dependencies or billing. If you run the studio on those, keep your project management tool for the day-to-day and use NeoGantt for the plan the client sees.

If your client plans live in TeamGantt today, the TeamGantt import brings them across from its CSV export. The NeoGantt vs TeamGantt comparison shows what you gain and what you give up.

Questions from agencies

Can clients edit the chart?

No. Share links are view-only, and only people in your organisation can edit. Clients can zoom around the plan, read your comments and export their own PDF, but they can't change anything.

We run client projects in TeamGantt. Do we have to redraw them?

No. Export each project from TeamGantt as CSV and import the files from NeoGantt's settings. Groups, tasks, milestones, dates, colours and progress come across; dependencies, assignees and hours don't.

Can each client's logo appear on their chart?

Yes, on the tasks they own. Your agency logo replaces NeoGantt's across share pages and PDFs, and each chart can carry the client's logo, which shows on every bar flagged as a client task.
