The free plan, plainly
One person, up to five charts, every feature. It isn’t a trial and it doesn’t expire. It’s enough to run a handful of projects properly, share them with clients and export them. If you need a sixth chart or want someone else editing with you, that’s when a team plan makes sense.
Larger teams
Sixteen people or more get the same NeoGantt as everyone else. There’s no separate enterprise edition. What changes is the commercial side: a price for your headcount and invoicing that works for your finance team. Tell us about your team.
Pricing questions
Is NeoGantt free?
Yes. The Free plan is for one person and includes up to 5 charts with every feature: share links, branded PDF exports, comments, iterations and version history. There's no time limit and no card required.
Is pricing per user?
No. Paid plans are a flat price for the whole team. Small covers up to 5 people for $15 a month, and Medium covers 6 to 15 people for $25 a month.
How much do I save by paying annually?
Small is $99 a year instead of $180 paid monthly, a saving of $81. Medium is $199 a year instead of $300, a saving of $101.
Do people I share a chart with need an account or a paid seat?
No. Anyone with a share link can view the live chart and save their own PDF without signing up. Only the people who edit charts in your team count towards your plan.
What happens when I need more than 5 charts on the Free plan?
Your existing charts stay exactly as they are. To create more, or to invite teammates, move to the Small or Medium plan from inside NeoGantt.
Are some features locked to higher plans?
No. Every plan gets every feature. The plans differ only in how many people can edit and how many charts you can keep.
What if our team has more than 15 people?
